Tiny HousesTiny Houses Introduction: Tiny houses come in all shapes, sizes and forms but they enable simpler living in a smaller and more efficient space. In this unit you will be tasked to design a Tiny House for you and your family to live in.

Bottle OpenerBottle Opener Introduction: Ask anyone at St.Augustines what the best technology project that did in year 7 was... You’ll get the same answer every time: ‘The Bottle Opener!’ There’s a reason why this project has been running for over 10 years.
In this creative project you’ll explore a number of materials, tools and processes as you work towards achieving the perfect finish on your shiny new present for dad or mum! |
Eco BagEco Bag Introduction: For this project you will be given a length of linen fabric along with a range of sewing and printing techniques for creating a unique graphic design to be applied to your eco bag. You will produce the design using a combination of new digital technologies and traditional techniques.

Unit Marking ScaleEach unit requires the completion of a Practical Work (60%) which will require you to demonstrate competent skills in the focus area, a Project Folio (20%) which documents the knowledge and understanding of the new skills you have acquired and a Written Task (20%) that demonstrates acquisition of knowledge in the focus area.
